Autel MaxiAP200

I purchased the Autel Bluetooth OBD2 scanner and received a full subscription for one vehicle. That has worked out fine, but I've needed the scanner for other vehicles, including a Ford truck. These 1-year subscriptions didn't get properly registered as Google Play subscriptions, so when I went to scan my truck, it said my 1-yr subscription, which I purchased in May, had lapsed. I purchased another, but it didn't get properly registered. Beware if you need to use this for a second vehicle.

I can't even use the unit. It let me log in and thanks it!. Won't let me pass the main screen, I have to scan the product to register and it does register but after that when I tried to do a scan on my vehicle or go to the store and buy a vehicle it shows the scan page again and that's it. Plus I didn't mention when I plug the unit on my obd2 connector, every single light on the dash comes on. Check engine, abs, traction control, etc.

Was able to use the app without issue for the last several years but it suddenly stopped working this week. I reached out via email to support with no response. Pretty much, the app closes within half a second of launching the app. Cleared cache and data but didn't help. Uninstalled, restarted the phone, reinstalled and still the same issue. This app hasn't had an update since late last year. Pretty pathetic of support.
