I purchased the "one-time" fee subscription several years ago which supposedly came with permanent access to all app features for "lifetime". Now all the new features are blocked and Im being told I need to sign up for an annual subscription on top of what I previously purchased. Oh...and was offered a "loyalty discount" for something I was told was permanent and one-time. Dishonest practices.

My dental sleep doc wanted me to download this to track and see how often I snore for mild sleep apnea. While the app is a good concept my sleep score is deeply impacted. I have to sleep with a fan on and this app doesn't pick up any other sounds but the fan for the entire night. You really have to have no background noise in order for this app to work. Other than that it's an easy to use app.

well you say free for 7 days you want my card info I don't want to do that because companies that do that charge you and you have a hard time getting money back and I think if it say free for 7 days it should be free of any type of payment type. after that time it stops working or you pay or delete it. this is not for me I don't want to pay 39.99 a year for something I may only use less then a week. 7.99 is to much to spend a week when I'm poor
