This used to be a very convenient app to use to do oil change resets. but now it's stressful every time I need to use it.It's not what it used to be. I end up spending 30 credits, just trying to reset the oil service check. And then when I ask for a refund because of the mistake, they're slow or unresponsive. it's probably better, just to get a more expensive & reliable reader. now, I just bought more credits, but they're not showing up and my cars disassembled, and I need it! what a headache

It sort of worked for my Audi TT mk1, but can be very finicky about the timing of entries and required pauses and such when doing adaptations (at least a few years ago when I had the pro subscription). It was very scary to use. Now it is no better than any other reader. I think the problem was the lack of resources needed to keep old cars fully functioning on the system. Just buy the early version VCDS software instead, for older models. PS: Products is well designed. Just the application.

Been using the app for about 2 years. Driving an older, fickle German it's been wildly helpful as I've had minimal problems with it. Until recently. For the past couple weeks the app won't load if I'm on mobile data - constantly says connection failed, asks to retry, and loops. If I'm on wifi it fires up right away with full functionality. Not the most ideal thing. Would be great to see this resolved. I've tried the ole reboot, uninstall/ reinstall, blah blah blah. Haven't tried to roll back.
