Gulf Pay

App keeps glitching every time I try to pay inside or at pump. I cleared all data and cache, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, anything I can think of so that maybe the app would be usable. The clerk tried helping me, but even he couldn't get it to function properly. Is there a fix being worked on for your app? I hate that I go to this gas station every day yet I'm unable to use the app at all. The gas station up the street has a working app I really prefer the convenience of it. Help!

So the nickel off doesn't always work. I have the receipts to prove that I didn't receive it but they never replied back after I showed the receipt. The other bad thing is it seems that I always have to get a code which I don't always receive. I can't sit there for however long to receive this code with ppl waiting in line behind me. The last time I entered the code it deleted my card info and I would have had to reenter everything while the person behind me waits for it to all go through.

The old app was bad enough but this one is worse. You can't even get into it to check out the prices or stations unless you first give them your cell phone number and agree to receive marketing texts. And even when you do get in it gives you almost no information for the station. No gas prices or what's available in that store. So what is the point of the app?
