Download for free then must subscribe to use. It also asks for a rating before it even tells you that it cant be used without paying. I also didn't like that while you are filling out the survey the options you are able to select didn't cover my situation but it still made me select a cookie cutter option that didnt apply to me because there was no choice to skip. Should at least be a trial but as it stands as a "free download" with "in app purchases" when in reality it's a paid app it's a scam.

I really enjoy the app. it has a customizable experience, or you can select the premade goals for yourself. there's an area for socializing, and for focusing on specific parts of your daily routine. and I even like that the notifications are trying to egg me on to push myself to be better. it seems unique to me in a way that other apps are not. I even enjoy the gaming aspect of it, since I've grown up playing them (first game was Super Mario Bros when I was 5, and I'm nearly 38), like an RPG.

Such a great app! I do have one suggestion, however. I think it would be super cool if on the lift tracker, the app had a body map to show which muscles you've worked out. maybe they get darker the more you work out certain muscles, or maybe you could tap areas of the body map and it would tell you the best workouts to strengthen those specific muscles. I know my friends and I would use this a ton!
