This app is one of the worst I have used. Constant selfies to prove who I am, takes forever to process anything. And the maps are totally useless. As for a drivers stand point, it is a safety hazard. wants information while you are driving, takes you down truck restricted road and deadends. But, it Amazon right. They don't care about safety as long as that package gets there on time!!!!!

The maps are terrible. The upcoming direction box is huge, but font small, You can't see anything but a straight line on the screen 90% of the time, and by time a turn is displayed, its already in progress, if you haven't missed it. The vocal command prompts are annoying; I don't need to keep being told to join the highway, where else am I gonna go? The no-truck symbol should be on the no-truck streets, not the intersection.

July 5 1024. So now we have to take selfies 3 - 4 times during the work day. We have to ALWAYS have our location on for them. ALWAYS. Now the app glitches out on me from time to time. Sometimes when I am at a facility attaching to a trailer the app will say that the trailer is in a different location. When I try to hit the button to edit the details, it does nothing. It will stay stuck on that screen until you get to your next stop. Then, you will get a performance hit for not using the app. Smh
