Has some handy features for buyers, but basically useless for selling, at least on my phone. Selling page just shows a loading icon forever after logging in. Nowadays, it would be weird if an app actually made it easier to do something useful that I could easily do in a browser a few years ago. Pretty convinced it's all designed to just waste our time anymore, so good job, I guess?

Useless, the app is totally overrun with bots and scammers. In less than 24 hours of listing my vehicle for sale, I was contacted by 18 bots and zero humans. I've never had so much of my time wasted before. I contacted customer service to request a refund and have the listing taken down and was told a refund wouldn't be possible.

I have used Autotrader for 20+ years. I vastly prefer it over every other service/app. I cannot use it anymore because anytime I click on pictures within a listing it freezes and I have to close the app. I've restarted my phone, I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. It happens every time without fail. Total bummer. I am switching to cars.cok which I do not want to do. edit: almost immediately after this review the issue was fixed...back to using Autotrader, thanks goodness!
