The system is junk. I was promised email ticket delivery. The email had a 'retrieve your tickets' button. So I clicked on it, all I got was an error message from their system about 'suspicious activity'. Tried the website, had to talk to an AI bot which referred me to a tech service where I would have to BUY a service subcription! Opened this app but could not remember a password so I clicked for reset email. It never came even after multiple tries. Go watch little league instead!

Unusable. You can't activate more than one voucher at a time so you have to go back and forth through the menu for each ticket. It gives Gpay as an option but then gives you an error message that you can't back out of without closing the app. It freezes up on various screens. I gave up without actually buying my tickets.

Initially to activate (and get your tickets) it looks like you have to give credit card - deceptive - it is for a different link, and not necessary. Instead of telling me that, a rep led me thru a maze of trying to view tickets and insisted that there was no other way, but via the app. Very UN user friendly app with lots of links and misdirection. I asked if there was any other way? Finally was told that I could use email or even print the tickets. After 34" on the phone. Stay away.
