Poor. Can't login. Requires verification of email or phone number. All of which were needed to sign up and was completed. Takes you to a page that asked you to choose a verification method but does not offer any. I can not login at all. please fix this. When I called the support help it goes directly to voice mail. I sent an email but I see no support ever responds to anyone's issues here. I hope we can go back to the previous app as there have never been any problems on that from the start.

This app doesnt keep your info when "remember me" was checked. fingerprint scanning doesnt work. If your having trouble it is impossible to get assistance. Locks account and even after answering security questions it doesnt do anything. This app feels like it was cobbled together in 5 minutes. The old app that looked like an egg was 100× easier to use and manage. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worse than the original app. Clunky login, biometric errors, randomly says I don't have an account. What I'd like to know from the developers of this app is WHY did they remove all deposit info. Transactions only show outgoing and no monthly incoming benefit. Doesn't list your benefit amount on any of the screens, all it shows is your balance. Bring that information back.
