Used this for quite some time for my invoices doing cleaning/maintenance jobs but more recently it updated and wasn't for the better.. Theres alot of minor things that would make it so much better, some I'm not even sure why they'd make it so certain things have to be done a certain way only. It doesn't keep invoices very organized either once done or if don't get it all done right away it ends up deleting all your work done so far. Thinking it's time to find a better option to do my invoices.

For the last couple of months. This has been the worst app on my phone. I have to close the app and open back up multiple times a day because I keep going "offline". It will continuously fail to sync and save notes/pictures. Can't send customers an arrival message. It will just show a spinning wheel or sometimes say "will upload when back online". 99% of the time I have 5G+ with AT&T. Galaxy S25 ultra.

Im a technician for a company that uses this app. I've always thought it worked pretty well, its been just over 5 years. But the newest updates have eliminated a crucial part. I can no longer go back and view my past work orders through my timesheet. That means I can't see what the jobs paid me or the addresses so I can submit my weekly mileage report. It has really thrown a huge wrench in my weekly calculations. I have no idea why they would eliminate such a useful part of the app
