I love the concept and a friend of mine who invited me to the app gets really interesting recommendations for things he would not surface himself. So far I've gotten events I already know about, events that look fun, but are full with a wait list and no chance to attend, or bizarre matches for me. I bought pens and now dream beans suggests I read a scientific paper about ink. Finding cool stuff to do is my superpower so I'm hoping this app can keep up.

Since my initial review back in June, I have had more experience with Dreambeans. I think it's a fantastic app for special interests without ads. I really enjoy the interactive AI that can answer all your questions and provide links for further investigation. The AI and I have had deep conversations about certain subjects. My only complaint is the delete button; there is none. Sometimes I just want to delete the subject without reading. Currently I am unable to delete anything from the library.

This app is what I have been waiting for ever since they unveiled smartphones. It gives great suggestions, but it could use more integration to make it truly useful, such as adding events to calendars, processing bookings and orders, etc. That said, I like what Google is doing.
