App constantly crashes and lags. It's gotten so bad since the last few updates. The tv app is even worse. I use Kick daily and my favorite streamers are here so hopefully they fix these annoying issues. UPDATE- The basic, automatic bot response did nothing to reassure this is being addressed. I'm so glad you reminded me to use the latest version. Never would have considered that. Meanwhile the crashing continues.

Kick is like YouTube if YouTube had free speech and only worked 2/3 of the time you needed it to. Frankly, I appreciate this company but their app is awful - frequent crashes, loses your spot in long VODs (good luck finding it again), won't turn on, won't keep you signed in, will be the first app to tell you it has no signal when the rest of your phone does. At least 50% garbage.

1. The latest release version available to me 40.29.0 introduces a LOT of app crashing, audio stutter, video lag, and inability to leave the app & come back without crashing. 2. Play/pause function on Bluetooth connection does not work at all regardless if pop out player or in app full screen. 3. Does not remember video quality preference, & does not have a default setting. 4. Does not pause the stream when I receive a phone call, so I have to go back after call & try to find where I was at.

About KICK: Live Streaming
736 characters
KICK’s a live streaming platform where creators kick it with their communities. (Yeah, we said the thing…)
Our creators march to the beat of their own drum, as do we, disrupting our opps with a 95-5 subscription split, our creator incentive program, and the freedom to multistream.
That's why the likes of xQc, Asmongold, and Westcol all pick KICK.
For viewers, it’s the fear of missing out that compels them to tune in, the chance to be part of internet culture, all in real-time and ad-free.
but lets be real, no one reads these, so if youve made it this far, at least give the app 5 stars. it will good for my performance review. thanks <3
