Basically, I haven't been able to use OneDrive for months now. I can't add, sync or backup any files. Although, it does an excellent job of deleting most of my files on its own without my permission. Do you think that Microsoft cares about helping to fix it. I spoke with their tech dept on May 15th and they promised to contact me back with a fix and I haven't heard from them them since. I guess paying customers don't matter.

OneDrive is absolute garbage, wasted 40 minutes trying to transfer data from one SD card to another. I drug the folder to desktop, which is apparently a grave error, because OneDrive synced my desktop then wouldn't let me put the files on the new SD card; because apparently I needed space for 2 copies of the files on my desktop??? OneDrive just makes things worse, I uninstalled it, because apparently truing it off does nothing.

Why does it recognize all of my photos and get rid of the albums that i had organized them into? This means it's going to take about 500 times longer to put the photos I want in. instead of just using the folders or albums that i already have them organized into so I could just click a folder and have several photos ready to go. This has got to be a setting somewhere that i just can't find. Please fix this or tell me how to do it so I can use this app properly.
