XBOX Family Settings

This app used to work great and I was able to track how long my son has been playing and set limits. Now it doesn't track his game time appropriately at all so I have no idea how long he's been playing and can't set the limits appropriately. Nor will the Xbox shut off when it's supposed to, basically making this app pointless. I don't know what happened in the last six months of updates.

Buggy as all hell! Frequently get "Try again soon, couldn't save" when trying to adjust settings. For adding Friends you can either just allow them to add whoever or turn it off completely. How about some nuisance or actual control there? Very disappointing. Work on it Microsoft, this is a terrible experience.

nothing about this app is intuitive. the ui is terrible, there is no crossover between the 15 apps microsoft requires, and even the simplest tasks take an hour to figure out every single time. the only thing it can do reliably is process payments...but only if you add money in increments of $5 and only at a minimum of $10. I'm rating it at 2 stars because everybody knows a 1 star rating is a cheap, angry reaction to something that's probably their own fault. 2 stars is a truly bad product.
