Constantly being told select articles are not included in my subscription. It is obvious that the system has me signed in as it shows my name. When I step back and sign in with my e-mail and password, the problem goes away. I tried to find a "Keep me signed in" without success. This is getting to be a Royal PIA that I don't" need. Hope someone reads this and can resolve.

Terrible. Much more difficult to maneuver than the prior Bergen Record print edition app. It crashes on my Samsung Galaxy tablet every 3 minutes and must be rebooted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but no improvement. Don't understand why it can't work effectively like the WSJ and Pascack Press aps. For an organization that is supposed to facilitate information, this app retards achieving that goal.

i have to give this app a low score. while i like reading local news i have a hard time getting the right article..i have filed several.request to customer support but nothing ever changes. i see a headline and click on it only to be taken to a diffrent story. this has been a problem for quite some time.. i used to use the app for free but about 6 months ago i bumped up to a paid subscription so now i am not getting what i paid for..might as well just cancel and use news 12
