Giving this app 5 stars. It works, does what it sets out to do; and that's all I can ask for. What really makes this app great to me is how seamlessly I am able to shuffle and play over 50,000 music files. There's no slow down, no headaches. It just does. My only pet peeve is, the equalizer. It does nothing to set itself apart. It would be nice to have the much coveted "reverse" feature, so I can listen to songs backward. But most mp3 player apps do not have this feature, so, pass.

I love the app's aesthetic and its functionality, but for some reason, it won't properly sort the tracks by track number anymore. I get sort orders like this: 9, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10. It manages alphabetical and duration just fine, but track order is best when the albums have a deliberate artistic intention behind the track order. Can you help? I'm using Android 10 by the way.

Simply can't make sense of UI. I grew up in the era of MP3 so I've used lots of programs and apps over the years. Pulsar just gets on my nerves whenever I need to customize anything. Today I couldn't even get a playlist to work correctly. That was after struggling to create one. I'm sure Android is partially to blame so I'm giving it 3 out of 5 and seeing if I can find something more intuitive.
