I don't know what they changed on the back end but for months now I've been experiencing constant glitches and errors. I'm constantly getting logged out. If I try to view past purchases to reorder, it says every single item is unavailable at this time. If I try to leave a review, it just says sorry something went wrong. The most recent error was a glitch during check out so I couldn't place and order. Absolutely maddening issues.

App is extremely buggy. Shortcut buttons disappear. Sign-in doesn't work consistently. It is also more difficult to navigate than prior versions. Honestly, with what things cost and the amount of money folks spend at this store, you would think that they would offer a reliable app that makes your shipping experience pleasant and easy. This app is the exact opposite of that.

the app has glitches and crashes sometimes. worse than that though, sephora as a store really just sucks. seriously everytime I want to order the stuff I want is out of stock for the most part. I never get the right samples I choose, just the same stinky perfume over and over. so irritated with this store. shopping at ulta from here on out. at least they manage their merchandise better so you can actually buy it. truly don't get the hype with this store.
