Update: I've been using this app for probably ten years. Now, suddenly, it won't open on multiple devices. ---- I use this app every day, but every time I switch phones, it pisses me off. Either implement the sync function for Android (or quit saying that it will be available in a future release) or let us import the files that the app already exports!

Ive used the app for over 10 years to keep track of all my diabetes information including glucose, weight, A1C, and medications. Recently the app stopped working. It wont even load anymore. It just has a spinning circle when it tries to load the app and nothing happens. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I've tried contacting support but get no response back. I have years worth of information i can no longer access that is lost. Very disappointing.

This app is horrible. 1st, I paid for premium subscription but it doesn't recognize my purchase as eveytime I click on a feature, it wants me to purchase the subscription again. Then, anytime you try to enter more than one meal a day, it changes the times of all the other entries to the last input making it look like you ate all your meals at the same time. Thirdly, when I try to connect the app to my monitor via Bluetooth, the app crashes. DONT BOTHER WITH DOWNLOADING THIS APP!!!!!!
