Like everyone else, I am frustrated with constantly having to clear history and deleting and reloading the app. Contacting tech support is entirely futile, all they do is feign shock and amazement and after a week of waiting, tell me I need to delete and reload. I would have gotten better answers if I had called time and temperature. And of course, no response when you ask about a refund. They need to change this before The Repository loses its 7 remaining readers.

terrible trying to find info on most account topics; tells you to call the customer service number- there's no number after the colon; says complete a support ticket- after I completed the support ticket and sent it, and error message came back saying it couldn't be delivered..this is a mess... hard to believe The "rep" has been running so long. I'm not surprised it's been sold... again

My app has been downloading for 2 days how long does it take and why can't I read anything I've paid for 6 months a week or so ago and I haven't been able to read one thing yet it just keeps saying download app download app and a circle keeps going around and around and around
