I purchased parking along with my ticket to a recent event. The lot appeared to be across from the event, though the address would have indicated otherwise. When I got to the lot it was a 20 minute walk to the venue. Also, it had plenty of empty spots and was only charging $20 to park, I paid $100 on Stubhub. The lot across from the venue also had spots and it was only $40 to park. Not cool.

would not recommend, used it once, never got my tickets, they were trying to blame me despite providing evidence, the fan protect was not able to get me a ticket, missed my event. But able to get a refund but missed event and had a lot of stress from ordeal. would give 0 stars if was an option. Maybe it was a rare occurrence but that was my horrible experience, talking to AI bots then it was already too late when I finally talked to a human.

I recently purchased tickets off your platform well in advance of the event. Downloaded and accepted my tickets without issue yet when I got to the venue the tickets were unreadable and worthless and I was forced to purchase tickets on site to go to the event. I've been trying to contact someone for a refund to no avail. Absolutely horrible experience.
