constant changes made purely to inconvenience workers packing orders. Uber is supposed to make things easier, not perpetually make things more difficult. Having to rely on providing photos to customers while packing an order does nothing but slow things down. As it is the offer of choosing alternative products is there. If customers choose to ignore that, it shouldn't result in stores being punished with unneeded, time consuming annoyances.

the only good thing is they have a lot of trips the bad thing is that you. can drive 15 min to pick an order and drive 16 to drop off and get paid 3 dollars 😡 if you cancel one's you find out how far away you're going they can't block you and you won't longer get trips
