Very slow and doesn't propagate all your tracking right away, and some features like "informed delivery" still takes you to web browser. It doesn't stay within the app so you can make more specific changes like to account info, or to specific tracking number, or even file a dispute or make a complaint about a courier not following delivery instructions like you can with Amazon. Those changes can only be done via web version which negates the whole purpose of even using this app. Do better!

so the platform has been having a glitch trying to reset my password for over a week now and the response from the customer service people. It's not helpful it's the standard, clear cache, clear your browser history, and all of that other stuff well, I did all of that before reaching out, I'm having the problem across three different cell phones and a laptop. It's nothing on my end that I can do. I know I'm getting the. You contacted the wrong department from usps and I still can't login.

It works for the most part. I occasionally have to clear the cache when it stops working correctly, and a few times I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it working again. I wish things like shipping history were easier to access instead of having to navigate through several pages. I downloaded Informed Delivery hoping it would fill that gap, but unfortunately that app has its own issues.
