Informed Delivery® Mobile

I enjoy most of the online experience with Informed delivery. However, there needs to be an easy to find phone option to submit delivery issues without being forced to deal with your AI. It is extremely frustrating to report specific delivery problems since the AI only gives you limited choices to describe your issue. If it is not one of the choices offered it is virtually impossible to speak to a live agent! It took me 3 days of repeated calls last week before I finally talked with an Agent.

I was all excited when I first read about this app coming out !!!!!!!!!! The reason for the three stars is that I cannot count the number of times when it says I have had mail and I've gone all the way to the mailbox and there was nothing there !!!!!!!!!!!! or the exact opposite !!!!!!!!!!!!! there have been a few times where I was waiting on specific letters to arrive and never got the notification that they were in the mailbox !!!!!!! as expensive as everything is at the USPS, you would think

Requiring a full 2FA login each time I open the app seems onerous and unnecessary. Perhaps you could protect the more sensitive features of the application behind that level of security but still allow read-only access to incoming mail notifications, which is the primary purpose of the app. I set up informed delivery for my elderly parents so they could avoid unnecessary trips to the mailbox, but if they have to log in each time, they won't use it.
