Using the search function to locate stories in WAPO app it's almost always an exercise in frustration... that is not satisfied. Today's example: in the print edition I glanced at a crack spread article (price of crude versus price at the pump) and after four attempts to locate it in the online edition I only came up with articles on cocaine and some historical articles that were no longer relevant. I know the post can do better as otherwise I really enjoy this app.

Decent app. But one shortcoming bugs me. When scrolling the Top Stories, and when I find one that interests me in the list, I select it to read the story in full. When finished, the app does not bring me back to where I left off. instead, it brings me back to the top of the Top Stories page, forcing me to scroll back down to where I left off. This seems like a pretty glaring and obvious shortcoming that I'm surprised hasn't been addressed.

I love getting the print edition through the app. It has been working great on my phone and Chromebook until last week. Now I can still get it on the phone, but Chromebook has error message "The play store app needs to be updated". I've tried everything and can't get it to update - restarted computer, forced update on play store, uninstalled and reinstalled app, set computer settings back to factory install. Nothing is working. I'd give 5 stars if I can get this fixed. Any suggestions?
