I have been reading in this app for few years now. I do like the app and all the updates over the time that has made it so much easier to use. allowing you to collect coins and use them to unlock a lot of chapters at a time is awesome bonus to the app too. Please keep it up and don't make the coins expire as that feature right there is the reason I will remove this app.

I used to love this app! Yes it is expensive, but most reading apps are. The stories here are engaging and there have generally been less typos/errors in the stories over other apps. However 2 months ago I had to replace my phone and I have been unable to retrieve my bookshelf. I have had to submit multiple support tickets. In the beginning I was getting fast responses that we're attempting to help. Now, for the past 2 weeks I have gotten no response at all & still haven't recovered my books

I had to email them after not finding the supposed link to cancel the subscription. I didn't see a link in the playstore either. They are still trying to charge my card, I gave them over 24 hours notice as well. One book I started, I really tried to read it, but for the mistakes and confusion, I couldn't keep going. The other started werewolf, but then switched to another short story, having nothing to do with werewolves. I wasted a lot of money for barely reading 2 books.
