It's a fun messaging app with lots of sticker options (that are pretty expensive), but as soon as pictures are involved it becomes a nightmare. No automatic saving of pictures, backup ONLY saves text, and as soon as you have to transfer to a new phone, ALL of your media is gone with NO WAY to transfer it over (I've tried all the options I could find online, even copying the cache, to no avail)

Where do I start. Latest update is bad for me. When using Line as a group chat, I used to be able to tap the "+", my picture options would show, and then I'd post a pic to a chat. It was easy. Now, that is no longer an option. I have to choose from a "file". But the file only uploads the screenshot pic link, and not the actual screenshot itself. So it shows in the chat as a pic code and the actual pic itself. This is just lame.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Login/account transfer is broken and customer support is useless. They will tell you to use a link to make a new inquiry then give you the same link that did not work and ask you to do it over and over again. The app worked fine until they updated it then I was unable to login even though I always used a Google account to login. It's ridiculous that they can't seem to get basic things right like other apps and makes me concerned for app security and privacy.
