I am a small business owner and would never normally write a review to hurt another business. But, the things that have happened cannot be ignored. I signed up for a free trial and I forgot to cancel during the 7 day free trial so I got charged. I knew I forgot so I emailed and asked them to cancel my membership. I got a response asking me why but never saying they would or would not cancel. Trying to push me to tell them why I wanted to cancel but not really doing anything. The next month came around and I was looking at my bank account and I was in the negative. I wondered how so I looked at transactions and there was Zeely 119 charge. I emailed again waited about a week and finally got an email. The same canned email I had gotten before. I was questioning myself the first time so I went through all the steps and adently told them to cancel. They gave me the run around and asked me to stay on. I replied for them to cancel. I am wasting my money, and my bank acct went to negative because of their charge. So, I thought this time surely I did everything I was supposed to. I went to look at my account again and guess what? There is another charge! I am going through some hard times right now just like many other business owners. I need my money refunded. This is absolutely ridiculous and I was willing to let the first time go but this is intentional on someone’s part. Please be very careful if you sign up for this.
