This game helps me tremendously as I have early onset dementia and it makes me pay close attention to what I am doing. For those that don’t understand what causes that is when you get to be elderly and I’m 78 now and certain parts of your body start shutting down. Your body movements can get slower. In my case my brain cells are slowly dying. I had a brain scan done awhile back and there were areas that had dead brain cells which showed up black on the scan. I’m sorry this has happened to me. I have meds I take that are supposed to slow this down. Only time will tell. I stay active and do a lot of games on my phone rather that watching tv. I take advantage of the brain cells I have left and challenge myself with games that make me think. So some of you younger folks that are reading this, challenge yourselves to keep yourself mentally and physically active!!! Good luck!!!

This was okay for a short while. Then there was an ad between every single game board. Okay…annoying, but not a big deal. But the ads never ended. There would be an ad for another game and after 30 seconds, a minute, two minutes, three minutes…the ad wouldn’t present an ‘X’ to exit the ad and go back to playing the next game board. I had to close the app, go back in, play one board and then a never-ending ad I couldn’t close or exit out of - even after several minutes of waiting - would show up. I’d move through an entire game board in about 30 seconds, but then fight for several minutes with the ad issue just to play another game board so simple that I found every word in seconds…only to be dumped back into another never-ending ad I couldn’t exit. Do not download this game. I know they have to push ads to make money and I know they make it annoying to try to get you to spend the money to go “ad free,” but this is beyond that. They have purposefully programmed this to be so burdensome with the ads that you pay the $5.99 to go “ad free.” Well, the games aren’t challenging enough to pay that…or to put up with the scam tactics. Deleting this app, never to return. Beware of this app.

This game runs super slow and laggy and for whatever reason makes my phone heat up like crazy. It literally got hot enough that my phone gave me a warning to put the phone down for a few minutes and it locked me out for that duration. And in addition to that it drains phone battery super quick too. None of this makes sense for something as simple as a word search game. It’s not like there’s 50 different animations trying to process at once or something. It’s just words on a screen and you swipe them. And for comparison, I played a different word search app a bunch before this one and had none of these issue. I’ve only gotten through maybe 150 levels in this game with how slow it is within around 3 days. In the other word search game I played I beat at least 500 levels within 3 days. Simply because that game actually runs. I could probably beat 50 levels or more in the other game in the time it takes me to beat 10 in this game. And to be clear any other game or app runs just fine on my phone without overheating or lagging, so it’s not my phone that’s the issue. I don’t trust whatever is causing these issues. And you shouldn’t either. Don’t download this game.
