I love Google. However, I was searching for my phone number approximately 6 to 8 months ago. Looking for the phone number for Cash App. I clicked on it and called the number thinking I was speaking to Cash App and followed all their instructions. It turns out it was a scam. They got almost $700 form me and every dime I had to my name. I am aware that is my responsibility to do thorough searches prior to hiring a company for any services. This was not the case. I must have googled over 1000 numbers in the past years. I’ve never had this issue before. I understand that Google is not responsible for what happened to me but I feel like if you have the money you can make anything available on Google because Google is out to make money. I really wish that you guys can understand that some of us are older and not as computer savvy as the next person. I didn’t even get to eat that month. I have a hard enough time buying groceries as it is. When you live off $1600 a month and you live in government housing and every single penny matters it would be nice to know that Google didn’t allow just anyone to place a business phone number available for people who may not be as computer savvy as everyone else is in this world. It was a hard lesson learned. I’m not saying that Google is responsible for this. I just wish you guys did more investigative work prior to listing businesses on your search engine that could ruin someone’s life. I was not able to recover any of the money. I do not use Google as much as I used to, but I still use it. Thank you for your time.

I found suspicious stuff on my phone getting my identity back is going be hard but I know it will be okay eventually people ruin beautiful things I’m doing my best my heart isn’t cold did I survive this storm when will I actually be safe again ? It’s not fair or right what happened 2 me I have a story 2 nobody should get into people stuff friends stuff that’s not right smh only if I could turn back time but not time like present moment when will I get justice for all the things that happened to me as well friends are supposed to be there for you so is family finally realizing. Slot legal matters I’m enough we all are it’s not right I’m aloud to have a voice as well I’m an empath as well my heart is healing I deserve peace as well stuff in my phone not monitoring like a fbi agent I’m a good person i remember everything too why does everything have to be private ? Oh I forgot cuz people ruin beautiful things seems like others think I don’t matter but I do matter I’m aloud to have things like a phone iPad. Gmail friends family when will I be safe to do things on my phone I know someone is sorry but when will I get my identity back is someone honestly sorry for what’s happened sorry for saying sorry cuz I been abused so much I don’t deserve this nonsense ! I blocked someone I still don’t deserve this at all I don’t deserve any of it kindness matters make food with love

I know it is free but the millions, if not billions it’s raking in seems to me that it could show more help and care for users. I’m finding the search results are not as accurate as they used to be. For me it’s AI suggested ads seem odd and not to my liking. I’m almost clueless when I go in to try to change ad preferences and do you really think users are gonna read through what seems like 25 or 45 clips on types of ads and maybe how to change things?….. is America moves into oligarchy and kleptocracy, and so-called AI ( remember it is ARTIFICIAL ‘intelligence’…..). As busy as I am serving on a condo board, and trying to figure out what to do that could make good differences in floriDAH democratic politics, and yes, I’m early 70s so I did not grow up with his technology, now I need to spend a half a day to figure out how to learn to use blue sky or whatever it’s called?? There have been some good benefits using Google and Facebook to meet a few interesting people around the US and the world. So Google, perhaps you can sacrifice some of your millions and quarterly profits and higher 4000 or 5000 phone, customer service reps who could help your users, better understand errors, and how to more effectively use your service. Even if you charged to say $10 for a call-in, it would be a huge good effort to show that you really do care about your customers!!
