Best Newspaper app so far seen
The NZZ app is not only stellar from its journalistic contents, but also from the technical functionality of the app itself. It never crashes, offers great access to clearly readable articles and images, and provides a very clear overview of the available articles. Great job, NZZ.

Terrible Customer Service
NZZ worked on my Ipad but not on my IPhone. I asked about this and got nonsensical responses. It went back and forth five or so times, each time with silly texts from NZZ. I think I was dealing with a badly functioning AI. I canceled my subscription
