Version 2.0 Updated 10 yrs ago
Dictionary works fine. Word of the Day does not work. The following is what occurs when WOTD is tapped: “You need network access to see the Word of the Day.” Do not know what that means. If you want to speak your word the microphone reads the following: “stopped” This app is with version: 2.0, last update 10 years ago.

My favorite dictionary from MW
I really like this dictionary as it has good definitions and example sentences. It doesn’t use infrequently used words like the higher gradient Merriam-Webster Dictionaries usually do but has more definitions than the elementary version. Good intermediate dictionary app! One thing I hope for is an updated version for the UI so it fills the screen on my phone and iPad!

Where did the synonyms and antonyms features go?
I really loved this apps. It really help me as an ESL student. But after the update, I couldn't find the synonyms and antonyms features anymore. I really disappointed, it more like that the apps were "downgraded" than updated.
