It’s better than adventure Academy and there is barely any glitches, (EVEN ON A MAC IVE SEEN ALL MY LIFE) but the courses keep repeating so you’re basically learning the same thing over and over again. also I tried logging in again to see if anything changed. My parents put their birthday, but it didn’t work it just sent us to the login for members but parents have to put their age for that so that’s really annoying. But if it works for you and you have to put your child’s age and birthday, they still won’t tell what grade your in, (going of when I was 6) and instead say: well your still in, (let’s say:) 1st grade, even though you could still be 7. And even if you can’t set your age or birthday or grade that still won’t fix the problem. also, I don’t know if the age and birthday is actually a real feature in the app because I deleted it like two years ago and I wasn’t using the app because it kept repeating over and over. Fix this please, ☆𝒥𝒶𝒶𝓁𝒾♡︎

The activities in the math and reading section are good, but the customer service is terrible. When you are doing the math section, there are two or three skills the child is working on at a time. Well one of the math games on my child’s account isn’t working properly and won’t let my child put the correct answer. I have tried over and over to put the right answer in but there must be a bug and it doesn’t work. I have contacted customer support on three separate occasions to have them address the issue. I sent the first email on April 4. It took 10 days for them to respond and I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app and update my iOS. Did both, game is still not working. I have since then reached out three more times and have heard nothing back. My son cannot move past this skill even though he knows how to do it because the game won’t let him enter the correct answer. There is no other way to contact customer support except the email link on the app. No one responds and I can’t seem to locate a number. For the amount of money we pay to use this service, there should be a better way to get support. There are much better apps that do the same thing for less money and better support for their customers. I’m frustrated that we paid for this app and my son cannot even make any progress because the developers can’t get their act together to fix this one simple thing.

This app continues to be glitchy. Within the activities there are often glitches and freezing and that’s when if it works that day. Customer support gives you the same step by step information no matter what the problem and never has any other alternatives. My son has been stuck at 95% on the kindergarten level, on a book that never opens just loads loads and loads until the app eventually closes. We cannot bypass this book and have reached out about this. Our issues have been ongoing prior to the pandemic. We use compatible tablet/ laptops, we use the browsers suggested and have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I’ve lost count. I have been very unhappy and frustrated even more so when you reach out and they try and infer maybe your internet connection isn’t working- even though every other app my son uses on his tablet ALWAYS work? I’m tired and quite frankly once thought this app was a great way to mix up my son learning experience but these glitches hold him back and even he gets frustrated and no recourse has been offered for our troubles or not being able to literally use an app we have paid for. I do not recommend this app at this time especially since this pandemic started it has gotten worse. They advertise to get more people to join.... but cannot support the growth in memberships? But your taking some people money (those that don’t get it free) and quite literally wasting everyone’s time that cannot use it because of the glitches/ freezing and not being adequately equipped to handle a certain amount of people at a time.
