Very Handy
It’s so nice to have this tool so handy. Now when I think I may have an issue, I can simply check my Heart Rate - Beats Per Minute (bpm) and this APP will let me know if I am OK. Green = Good, Red not so good. And it tells you if you may have a problem. It categorizes my results, and makes a graph for easy comparisons. So simple yet SO IMPORTANT!

Didn’t work
I have the newest iPhone 17 pro max & I couldn’t get the app to properly check my heartbeat. It instructs you to place your index finger over your camera & leave it there but it would not accurately read mine. It would connect for a few seconds at a time but never long enough for it to actually finish. It is really frustrating, I spent at least 10 minutes moving my finger around the glass on my camera attempting to get it right but it just wouldn’t connect. Very glad there was a free trial & I didn’t pay $10 for a useless app
