Throughout the sign up process, the app continually reassures users they will send out an email the day before your 7 day trial ends so you can cancel if you’re not happy. I checked my email on the day I thought was the day before the charge day was so I could lower my subscription plan (was on the fence between cancelation or drop to a lower tier). There was no email that day or the day the 7 day trial was to end. Yesterday, I got charged for the full premium subscription yesterday. That really irked me, because if you go on the app, there is no way to switch down or even view details of your subscription. TODAY, I get the email saying I am about to be charged and with instructions on how to cancel or drop to a lower tier. This is predatory and feels super scammy, now that I cannot cancel or modify my subscription. It also states my subscription will renew on November 4, 2026. Today is November 9, 2025. How is my subscription 5 days shorter than what I paid for? There’s no way to reach out to customer service. Would not recommend since it is not honest with its practices.

We are empty nesters that love to travel both domestic & abroad. It looked like the app had some enticing fare prices to explore but since I bought the paid subscription, which I thought was reasonably priced, I have yet to see many destinations I would be interested in. There needs to be a way to tel the app several countries/regions where you might want to go & only show those fares. Not offend but Havana Cuba & Istanbul are not on our list. Maybe a list of countries & you check the ones you are interested in. We’ve got a long list & lots of flexibility but this app hasn’t been super helpful. Definitely needs some filtering options. I have it for 10 more months so maybe it will get better.
