My Spectrum

First you’re prices continue to go up every month for this and for that. You’re here to help people but continue to raise the prices on everything Second, going into your spectrum store to drop a box of the new chip you guys are promoting that I tried out and turns out that it wasn’t going to work for me because of the packages I have. so I got charged for two months for that because the nearest place to drop it off is 20 minutes away from where I live. So finally when I had a chance to drop it off at the nearest place which was a spectrum store to have to wait 45 minutes. That’s not all that happened in the store as I sat there watching there were 6 employees and only 2 persons were being helped. Watching the manager just stand around and watch and talking and joking around with other employee instead of getting on a register and helping out when there were a number of people needing help. Then manager came to speak to me and he asked if I had any questions I said yes how come I have been here 40 minutes and haven’t been helped. Just came in to turn in what’s in this box and I just see you standing around watching talking and joking around with other employee. He said because he’s the store manager. That is just ridiculous if there’s a need and you want to give good customer service a manager should be able to get on a register and help the customers. After I made that comment he got on a register and I got help right away. It shouldn’t take for a customer to say something and speak up for a manager to help.

It’s so easy to use. It’s a one stop shop to manage and control your spectrum account, billing, and services, and to get support and help if needed. If you have a Spectrum Modem/Router combo, the app allow for device control such as. Porting certain devices to sleep (pausing them from Internet access). It’s a great feature for homes with kids/teens. You can also get easy to read articles/instructions in the support section. You can access tech appointments and change/edit them. You can pay your internet/TV/voice bill or your mobile bill, manage payment methods, and view your pdf (printable) statement in the billing tab. You can also manage auto pay, update payment date or methods, and even turn it off. You can add authorized users to your account to be able to call and make changes to the account. The mobile service tab gives access to all of your cellular info, billing, and to manage settings, etc. You can see phone balances, access anytime upgrade, and so much more! Finally, make sure you search “streaming apps” in the support tab if you have a spectrum TV (aka Video) package. The Spectrum TV app is incomparable to other tv apps, and all the network streaming apps that come with our cable subscription give us such variety for watching and entertainment. Especially when on the go or traveling. Yay for Spectrum’s Apps!

I, been using “SPECTRUM” scene back then when they brand them self as “TIME WARNER” . I, have enjoyed Cable TV, land line, internet having the triple package. Using Coaxed cable and now they use Fiber but still comes into you’re home as coaxed cable which is great because I, don’t have to do no changes or updates on my house for them to provide there Service. AT&T and Verizon wanted to makes more jokes on my house for a fancy box which I did not want . With my travels in different area I’m glad Spectrum was Local and always around as a option due to cost . With my budget I can afford Triple package and have all 3 services and with the other company I had to sacrifice 2 to get only one for the same price I was not having it. They are helpful and there new online support and app save me a lot of trouble now and even have payment arrangements when you are having difficulty time in you’re life or emergency. I, am a customer who they could know I will always choose SPECTRUM first . Due to my experience and journey with them . I, am now looking into a cell phone plan with them which they just started sponsoring and it’s affordable and unlimited. If it s connected to there wifi and towers .I am pretty sure the service is going be fast and dependable. Thank you Spectrum for you’re help and service and all you do for the customer. I know when you were Time Warner y’all didn’t have much new things for customer or new online support like you do now in the conversion and I’m happy for who ever bought out Timer Warner and is running things now. Keep up the great work.
