Total Frustration. It doesn't recognize my password so I'm constantly having to change it. When it doesn't recognize it, the App freezes and I have to wait 24hrs or reinstall it. There are also times where I have to go to the actual internet to sign in. Now I'm trying to make payments on two accounts and it won't take them. I have used the card minutes before attempting to make the payments and I know there are enough funds to cover the amounts. Always reinstalling.

App doesn't work any more. Only allows login until asked to confirm patient, press continue and it returns to the login screen. I've been trying to login for about a month without success. I've tried uninstall and installing again. I noticed the new version about the middle of July to correct some bugs. It still doesn't work. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THIS APP AT ALL!! It's now impossible to communicate with my doctor, check appointments and test results...junk.

The app is a great connection to my provider, and the clinic in general. It makes scheduling appointments super easy and opens communication for possible quick questions outside of appointments. It also helps you keep track of any payments possibly due. It makes the whole experience of working with the clinic in many ways so convenient and simple. If you're a patient, you should download the app for sure!

Enabling either of these features will save you from having to enter your login information every time you want to use the app.
