stops working on Google TV / android. I've done all the things -- cleared cache, cleared data, restarted my TV, deleted and reinstalled the app -- but it still refuses to work. keeps stalling out when I try to play any video or stream. I usually would have some kind of issue that would require re-installing the app at least once a month, but it's been over a week now and I still cant get it to work. the only thing left is a factory reset of my TV but unsure if I want to go through all that

I like the content, but the app constantly crashes, this is one of the most unstable apps that I've ever tried to use! Extremely frustrating when you just want to hop on for 20 min and catch up with the news. Also, WHY ARE THE COMMERCIALS SO ABSURDLY LOUD??!! Whoever is managing the digital experience at CNN should be fired and replaced by someone who actually knows what they are doing.

Streaming hasn't worked for months on my Sony Android TV. I've rebooted, cleared storage, cleared cache, and reinstalled the app multiple times. It will not start any streams. The LG WebOS version works fine on my LG tv in the same house. Such a widely used news outlet should not settle for a 1.8 rating on a primary means of viewing their content. How much do they pay their head of IT for a non-working app? One word from the top would surely get it fixed. I'll fix it for half their salary!
