camera is good overall. app is glitchy. more often than not i cannot get the camera to pull up on my phone. I have to try a dozen times. it seems connected to the app wanting me to upgrade to the paid version. But I am not interested in the other features, I just want to be able to check in via my phone. I have an Owl for my son and that one works much better on the phone, but it does not come with a handheld base, which I do like about the Motorola.

We decided to dish out the money for these cameras based on the reviews. Little did we know how terrible the mobile app would be. One camera just started freezing and refreshing itself and now just does not connect at all. Also, the camera control through the app is terrible and slow. Then there's that wierd round button on the mobile app that if you hit it the camera just rotates wildly and you can't stop it without shutting the app down. Very disappointing

UPDATE: I was using the wrong app. They are very similar and the product has "Hubble Connected" all over it so I was looking at that one instead of "Hubble Club". Not sure what the difference is but maybe they can amend the name to correlate a bit more closely. I otherwise love the app. Could you make the motion sensor record longer than 10 seconds? 11/19 Can't log in to the app with my new phone. It says the account is in use and I should create another account. So frustrating!
