After my purchase, the first issue was fine. All subsequent issues are unable to be viewed until the new issue is ready. Support told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. After doing so, my past issues are now trying to charge me. Still no response from support. Very frustrating!

This is the most difficult app to use I have ever paid for. But I didn't have a choice since I've tried to subscribe to the physical magazine 3 times now and never receive issues. They take my money, though.

TERRIBLE !!! this app will not install on my tablet !! I have asked customer service to send me a downloadable link and they have not !! so I guess I cannot use this feature of my subscription !! should I get a partial refund ?
