This App is far inferior to Xbox family, which makes it that much more frustrating. The UI is counterintuitive, it pulls in XBox but not in a useful manner, and it's lacking control features. I cannot add bonus time without a request, and once my child is out of time the request won't process as the Internet connection is blocked. Just copy XBox Family for Windows devices and we'll all be better off.

I haven't been able to add money to my son's account in over a year. I always get an error. this app is pointless. it is fully up to date, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it. it's no better that the website because it happens there too. it's just Microsoft. and god forbid you need to contact support, that's a waste of time to. there is absolutely nothing easy to do when trying to reach out use Microsoft.

pretty easy to use. nice to have controls over kids laptop use. wish it was easier to just add time rather than having to mess with schedules all the time. also ability to easily adjust apps allowed would be nice something just stopped allowing him to play a game and it was a pain to figure out why. I didn't change any settings.
