Horrible app. Whenever I click on the notification it doesn't load and just takes me to the landing page. When I try to navigate to the message or documents from there it has the loading the circle but then never loads the next screen, so I have to exit the entire app and start over. Even if I just open the app and navigate where I need to go it doesn't let me navigate to another screen.

When I first started using this app a few years ago, it was easy to use & efficient. However, I have experienced several issues that are creating difficulties such as: If i load the app, it says "something went wrong, try again later," if I attempt to switch from one doctor to another listed in my account, the same error occurs, or it simply will load & be blank). I am unable to view billing, messages, or appointment information 95% of the time.

Started using the app in September and it was working very well for me--completed paperwork in the app, paid invoices in the app, could see availability to schedule appointments without calling the office, could message the therapists in the app. The first week of December, my phone updated to Android 15. Now messaging is nigh impossible! Edit: Recent update fixed the messaging problem.
