This app keeps Freezing! Been using this app for about 1 month and it seems that the more I use it the worse it gets. I have more freezing and no audio almost as much as it actually works. I use it for Dr appts and it works horrible. It also gets very blurry at times. I need it to work especially when I have Therapy sessions with my doctor. Please get it to work correctly.

Customer support is nonexistent. The support email listed in the Play Store doesn't exist, and their only option for support is an AI chatbot that can't submit a support ticket or connect you to a live support agent. I don't think they even HAVE live support agents. Since the update last week, the app has become literally unusable and this review seems to be the ONLY way to even give them that information. Even before the update that broke it, the app was slow and unresponsive.

My phone overheat with just an hour virtual meeting and only happens with this app. I just changed to a new phone and still did it so now I confirmed is the app. Also the signal drops and you get frozen either imagine, sound or both. You can’t interact with other apps like looking at your calendar and such because it disconnects your meeting. with other virtual apps those incidents haven't happened to me.
