The story I started is very intriguing inspite of the authors first language clearly not being English (which I don't mind but others might find it difficult) but the amount of time I have spent in trying to earn coins to read is insane & the cost of buying coins is redicilious as many others have mentioned. I tried listening to an audio book (to earn 10 pearls) and it is clearly AI with no pauses between sentences, it's hard to catch when characters POV switches & lots of mispronounced words.

annoyingly expensive! There is no package you can buy that lets you read the whole book. I finished both a monthly coin package and a quarterly package. They lasted 2 days. I don't want to jump through hoops. I want to read a book for less than$100 without having to watch ads and drag it out. This app sucks!!!!!

I like the stories, but the price for novels pass has risen steeply. It used to be $50 for a month, and now it's $90. I can't afford that, and idk anyone who can. If you want to keep people paying for something, make the price reasonable. Not even vertical dramas charge that much for a monthly pass. Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ combined is cheaper than that for a monthly payment.
