Curvy Dating App: WooPlus

In the short period of time that I have utilized this app(two days) I have been messaged by over six sex workers, five scammers and requested to upgrade to VIP consistently while using the app for free. It seems as if the developers are more interested in U2 upgrade the VIP when they have an even fixed the free members version yet.. the developers should be spending more time, weeding out the sex workers and scammers instead of trying to develop ways to get you to spend money on an app that isn’t worth it in the free version. Why would I spend any kind of money on VIP when you can’t fix your free version. Not willing to spend money on VIP to see all of the likes that are out of when I have no doubt the majority of them are sex workers and scammers liking my account so I will be tempted to pay for VIP services. It’s not worth taking the chance to view the out of focus that I’ve received when I can see what service I get in the free members area.

I downloaded this app because I wanted to see if it was any different than the other dating apps that I have been on and unfortunately it wasn't any better. Unlike the other apps that give you a little more wiggle room with certain features, I feel this app purposely limits you to have you buy into the "VIP" membership. I also hate that you are limited to how many people you can swipe through and have to wait till the next day for it to reset. At least with other apps, you can swipe endlessly until you run out of potential matches. Again, you can get past this if you upgrade to "VIP". I also feel like there is unnecessary features like moments and the competitions. This serves no purpose and if anything they're used to promote lewd monetized content off of the app (OF). Not to mention that your pictures get automatically shared to 'moments' anytime you upload one to your profile. I found this out when I logged in to see I had notifications and saw that my pictures had been shared without me sharing them. The overall feel of the app gives TEMU/SHEIN vibes with how content is presented. Not all is bad, I will say though that I like the 'personal details' section because it's more detailed than other apps, my only suggestion would be to add a political and relationship type option. I would also suggest adding more prompts as the ones that you choose from don't let you fully express yourself.

Went on here to connect & chat with women in hopes of dating but upon going through the app, all I see is BBW’S being put on pedestal’s & being worshipped like a god by all these simps like if this app was designed to give a major confident boost to these Plus size women, even the lest attractive women are getting all the attention. This app also notifies you on what women are up to called “threads”, updates about the women you liked & their posts getting showered with likes and comments by simps btw. As your swiping, you come across women going Live & you’re forced to join their sessions only to see them get gifts, likes & comments by simps which is so annoying. They have these events where you look at profiles eligible for “Miss Curvy” where you vote and have women send you automated messages on why you should vote for them. My experience is pure fatigue & feels as if this app expects you to “just play along” & become a major simp or if you can’t beat ‘em join ‘em type of mentality. Verdict: This isn’t a dating site at all rather a social media site for plus size women & a safe, judgmental free zone to have them feel beautiful and appreciated, validated & get their confident boost that they so rightfully deserve! P.s women only respond to you when their Live so don’t waste your time on their DM’s
