imo video calls and chat HD

Hello, ever since i downloaded the new hd imo i lost all my history chats on all my contacts. This is very frustrating as my history chats, pictures, & videos are very valuable to me. I lost them all without pushing any button by mistake!! The new hd imo has just automatically deleted all my chats with all my contacts. When I tap on “tap for history” it shows “ no messages.” I have iphone 6 and is always kept updated. Please recover my chat history or assist me to the steps in recovering my chats, pictures, and videos. Will be awaiting for your response. Thank you in advance for your kind attention.

Despicable deceptive company. Going to have the credit card charge reversed. Total scam of an app, literally none of the functions work. You literally cannot add anybody new, I have thousands of contacts and if I open it will show that there are like 10 people and none of them have even heard of the app. You literally cannot receive messages in the app, and if you are able to manually enter a phone number and try to send a message it simply opens a fake window duplicating iMessage. Total scam/fake app. Wanted to contact my family in Iran while they are being bombed in this app was supposed to work and it’s a total scam. You are all despicable.

I copy and post other person review, because all the same! // I installed IMO for $6.99 because it was recommended for international communication. It works in Russia, Egypt, Italy and it works in US, but it did not work between countries. Profile/invite link doesn't open properly, and adding friends across region fails, so calling , messaging/ messaging connection across US-Russia, US - Egypt and IS- other countries is basically impossible. This is extremely misleading, and none of these cross-country restrictions are clearly disclosed on Apple Store page. It feels like a bait-and-switch and honestly look like the scam, especially when they say they are number one in smth. Please be transparent about regional limitations.
