This app, literally skyrocketed my employment networking! The precision of categories in the profile really highlight my skills and qualifications even better than my resume, which I have put a lot of thought and effort and editing into throughout my careers. I spent about 6 hours really detailing my profile. And then immediately thereafter, I 1-click-applied to over 100 jobs within 30 minutes. Each job fit my skills, qualifications and background. And I received several emails and notifications with more and more positions that fit exactly what I was looking for and actually qualified for! I have been on many other employment websites and apps, and have never had such response from employers, I cannot say that I know what the difference in this app is, but I do know for a fact that whatever that difference is-that what I notice is: employers are actually reading my application and profile when I apply; where as, other apps and sites-employers are flooded with so many applications and my profile has so many pages and categories, it is hard to get a picture of my skills and background. This app literally has a short and specific easy to read profile, so employers are actually reading. The day after completing my profile and applying to over 100 jobs, I received 5 back to back phones calls, which all resulted in interviews!!! I had to start turning down interviews by the second day, and actually cancelling and replacing interviews, prioritizing them by schedules and pay rates that I liked better! This app is literally the best employment app I have EVER used..... HANDS DOWN!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY OTHER APP OR SITE FOR EMPLOYMENT SEARCH. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER ONE EITHER!!

I am leaving only 3 stars because the app is missing a few features that would/could be beneficial to users. The first annoyance is that most times I am shown jobs that are no where near me, out of my experience level, or that I have no interest in. I contacted support and they told me the more you use the app the more it gets to know you and you see more relevant jobs. I did this and it almost seems to have gotten worse. I only ever look for jobs in 2 states on the east coast. However I mainly see jobs posts for Indana and Kentucky. Neither of which state do I have ANYTHING at all to do with. An update that actually shows relevant jobs would improve my use because I have since went from daily searching to every other day as my main use is now other job apps. I agree with other posters that say a distance filter option would helpful. So would other filters like FT, PT, Contract, minimum/maximum salary etc. I also wouldn’t mind a filter that somehow allows you to select or deselect the type of field you want or don’t want. For example: regardless of what new position I search for, the app feels the need to constantly show me positions for an RN, speech pathologist, and/or physical therapist just because my resume has previous health experience (with absolutely no health certifications/experiences to such an extent listed on my resume). I am no where near qualified to those types of positions nor do I want to be. Overall I just wish it would pay attention to what I search for.

Before downloading this app you need to understand that this is more a site that you can use to send your resume to numerous employers within seconds, not a website to fill out legit job applications. This is also not a site that can be used to find “regular” job like a server job or anything like that, it’s more for career based jobs. It’s very important to check the email that you put on your resume several times a day as employers are more likely to reach out via email or even text than via phone call. I agree with all other reviews that employers who post open positions on this site are looking to fill the open positions ASAP, it’s very common to get a request for an interview from the hiring manager the next morning after applying and it’s obvious that these employers are looking to hire someone on the spot. My biggest issue with this app is that the job posting will say the job is in one city and I’ll apply knowing that I’ll have no issue traveling there should I be given the job but when I get a call back I’m told that the job is in a completely different city, typically 20+ miles away from where the posting said it was (I’m not sure if this an error on the app’s part or on the employers part but it’s happened with every job I’ve applied for). I have encountered one scammer who was trying to convince it deposit a fraudulent check into my bank and buy “gifts” for their clients as my first job task; mind you this was all over email and it was before an in person or phone interview and hiring process.
