Adobe Premiere AI Video Editor

This is a great app for editing content on the go in a convenient and efficient way. That said, there are a few features that I think would significantly improve the experience. An automatic silence-cutting feature would be extremely helpful and save a lot of editing time. A built-in stabilizer would also be a strong addition. This may be a bug, but at times while editing, the timeline unexpectedly jumps back to the beginning, which can be a bit frustrating. I’ve also experienced occasional crashes during export, similar to issues I had with Premiere Rush, which interrupts the workflow. Despite these issues, this is still a really solid mobile editing app, and I would definitely recommend it, especially for creators who need flexibility while editing on their phone.

At first I really liked this app. Even though it had some bugs, they were not deal breaking and could be worked around (things like sending you to the beginning of the video after you make a cut). It was very convenient to be able to edit on my phone, on the go. But now, after making multiple 10-15 minute videos on this app and getting comfortable with it, I try to export my latest video and it freezes at 16%. I try to close and reopen the app, only to find that the app can’t even load my project now. I delete all my other projects, thinking surely the app is just overwhelmed with too much, but that didn’t help. I went through my phone and made sure I had enough storage for it. Didn’t help. I tried to get support but all I could find is 1. A robot support chat (which never helps in any scenario), 2. A website by adobe that explains what the app is (doesn’t help at all) 3. A community page where you can either post your problem and hope to get a response in 3-5 business days, or hope that someone else had the same problem as you and got answered. It seems that lots of people have had this problem (export freezing) and the advice that is given is to restart your phone and to download any software updates if you have any. So I try both of these things to no avail. It’s really frustrating to put a lot of effort into a video and not be able to share it with the world. And honestly the lack of real time support, especially from a company so big, is extremely disappointing. I guess I’m just gonna have to take the loss.

These mobile editing apps don’t have a nesting feature which is fine. As a work around i tend to export clips and import them back onto my timeline 2-3 times per project. When I used Rush this worked fabulously. How ever with this program, every export washes out the video so by the final export i am left with an awful looking product. I also find that the app stalls and lags significantly as i am quickly moving through my edits, slowing down my workflow tremendously. I am on a 2tb iphone16 pro max.- This was not an issue with Rush. I often had videos over an hour long that i would work with in Rush and the app never slowed down. I edit larger projects using premier pro on my laptop and cut multiple videos a day from those projects using my phone. Having a robust editing app for my phone is integral to what i do and this app is unable to deliver. I am stuck using Rush until it is totally gone, all the while hoping i can find an app that can do what it does before that happens. If these things are fixed, i would absolutely love to use this app. I have always been a fan of adobe. Ps- my videos aren’t anything crazy. No effects, color changing, transitions, or anything like that. All I’m doing is layering video, and cutting.
