TikTok Shop Seller Center

I like the fact that it does have a product review for me to correct what I need to. What I don’t like is a month later to get a violation because of something wrong with the jar. I do mystery jewelry jars. I don’t take pics of everything to keep it a mystery but I get a violation on the same pics I took for the review. For a new seller this is very frustrating. The appeal process is not user friendly. And there’s no way to gain the points back except what it looks like as time. I’ve not seen any quizzes to help restore points. The one thing I did find it will fall after 6 months. I got another violation because I personally named the type of jar it was and that was apparently a brand violation. They don’t let you fix your mistakes or correct that, just a deduction of points. I think the appeal process needs a little more work to help with your new sellers who aren’t trying to violate any standards. It should allow you to correct not just deduct. Teach what is wrong in the initial review of the product instead of some time after.

So I almost got my Shop taken down because I couldn’t get my orders to go over to my Shopify store because I do sellers shipping. The reason why is it because of TikTok shop well when I pull it up on my phone if it says order and it only does it once it don’t show the whole page page you can’t scroll. It just gets stuck on that. So I don’t know what the deal is or where the problem lies but y’all need to get it fixed because when you open up your phone to your seller app, you should be able like it says to go through Phil products do this do that but you can’t even see your products you can’t even I tried to scroll over and it wouldn’t let me so that I could screenshot my orders number. Well I didn’t get to so I go back in and it just says urgent order to fulfill and I can’t find the order anywhere. It doesn’t make any sense. There’s no one to get a hold of I emailed all the emails I could find I had chat help me. It’s not a real person so it just gives you generic things that you already have access to, but yeah y’all need to fix it to be better for the sellers especially on a cell phone because I’m not not everybody’s gonna carry their laptop or computer everywhere with them. Been using this app for 3 months and there are so many bugs. If a product submission is denied or fails to upload they still have not updated it where you can delete it and clear out your product management page. 2nd Unfortunately if you are a small business or beginner they place you in a poorly design payout period that is counter productive for a starter business. It’s a 31 day payout for EACH sale. That mean from the day the purchase was made is when the 31 day payout begins. If you are a major brand then your payouts are daily or weekly. Not very encouraging for the smaller bands. Also their optimum sales pushing assistance tools for small brands are not very helpful. It tells you what you can change and enhance however when you click the option to make the changes it glitches out and doesn’t allow you to make the updates.
