Fun app but not perfect!
I’ve had this app for a LONG time now and I feel I can give a very accurate review on what makes this collector good, and what it’s lacking. For starters this is a very fun game for any people who like to collect things; contrary to what some reviewers would say you can get good stuff in this in particular one you can get some pretty good stuff without EVER spending a cent. However the rarities of cards very from common-legendary. It is extremely rare, and I mean EXTREMELY rare to get any legendary without at least spending a dollar or two. Even on the very very rare occasion where they even release a set where you can get legendary for the normal credits, the pull rate is practically impossible. What I would really like to see is the realistic possibility of pulling a legendary with credits. Fixing that would definitely make this app a 5⭐️ I also have the walking dead collector and the marvel collector and those are definitely worse than this but I’m not reviewing those. If you’re a die hard Star Wars fan like me, who also collects cards and other things like a borderline hoarder than this is the app for you. To paraphrase this whole review for people who just scroll all the way to the bottom for final judgement Paraphrase: great app but could be perfect if you didn’t HAVE to spend money to get the absolute best stuff, but in a sense it makes sense because not only is it an app but also a card collector - good day all

Update ruins it, easy to lose account
This new update transforms the game for the worse. The app used to format everything very simply, but now everything is difficult to access and screen is entirely too dark. There is no need for this update at all, complete waste of time. Could have addressed more important issues. Trading could be improved, such as being able to see your trade partner’s chat message while searching your collection, so you don’t forget what they want. Also, lock on is altogether more of just being another thing to add to event stages then being something useful to collect cards, as it’s really just a waste of time. I wouldn’t want it removed, just the rewards improved and how long it actually takes it use it shortened. Also, many accounts are lost, including one of my own which I had 10k collection score. I have since restarted and gotten an 13k collection score on my new account, however I still have many good cards on the other I would like to retrieve. I follow my old account and occasionally look at the cards I had, and noticed some of my cards are disappearing, including all my legendary cards. I recommend the app stops taking away cards from old users, and also fixes this update. Otherwise, the game used to be very fun due to the monumental hoarding. I would just say the blue and red are much too easy to get then the white and orange, so that should be adjusted. Thanks, I will be playing this game much less than I did before the update.

Atrocious UI update ruins the app
This recent interface update is atrocious. Previous updates have been unpopular but this one takes the cake. There is nothing redeeming about it. A generous reading of the change would be TOPP’s is completely incompetent and stupid to think this was an improved design. I’m not generous with wholesale changes that are so heinous. I think this was done on purpose and maliciously to confuse users and make it so they spend more credits, crystals, or real money or so they miss out on cards or events. The most egregious change that I have found so far is the workbench. Before it was easy to see the different workbenches available, the exact number, type, and set of cards required vs what I had in my collection, and what card or pack was received at the end. Now…you get to guess, especially for workbenches that require specific cards in specific quantities. No idea if you need 2 or 200 and how many I have in my collection. Aesthetically, everything is almost monochrome, flat and lifeless. Headers that should clearly separate areas of announcements or the workbench almost blend in with everything else. An app that has Star Wars in the name should have aesthetic qualities in common with it. Star Wars is rich source for these ideas. There should be ‘buttons’, contrasting colors, outlines! The process of interacting with the app should be as enjoyable as pulling a card that you are looking for. The only ‘Star Wars’ in this app are the card faces. How much longer will that keep this app alive? Hopefully Lucasfilm/Disney will apply pressure to correct this horror or just end their association with a company that does not take care of this popular and beloved franchise.
